By booking a tour, purchasing tickets, accessing our website, or participating in any experience with Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

Booking Availability:
If you do not see your preferred date or tour time available online, please contact us directly. We may still be able to accommodate your party depending on availability.

Reservation Accuracy:
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information at the time of reservation.

Prices & Availability:
Tour pricing, availability, schedules, and tour durations are subject to change without notice.

ARRIVAL POLICY

All guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour departure time to allow sufficient time for check-in, waivers, safety instructions, and boarding.

Guests who arrive late may miss their scheduled tour and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure time to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.

Third-party booking, ticketing, convenience, and processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

No-shows are non-refundable.

WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

Tours may operate in light rain and normal Florida weather conditions.

Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, low visibility, mechanical issues, water conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a tour is canceled by Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures due to weather or safety concerns, guests may be offered rescheduling options or a refund at management’s discretion.

WILDLIFE DISCLAIMER

Wildlife sightings are common but cannot be guaranteed. Nature and wildlife conditions vary daily, and Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures makes no guarantees regarding specific animal sightings or experiences.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in airboat tours and outdoor recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• exposure to weather and environmental conditions,
• uneven terrain,
• wildlife encounters,
• sudden movement of the airboat,
• slipping, falling, or other physical injury risks.

By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour activities.

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to safely participate.

GUEST SAFETY & CONDUCT

Guests must follow all instructions provided by captains, guides, and staff members at all times.

Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or terminate tours without refund if any guest:

• behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner,
• appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
• threatens staff or other guests,
• refuses to comply with safety instructions.

Children must remain supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

MINORS

Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for minors participating in any tour or activity.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including but not limited to:

• phones,
• cameras,
• wallets,
• jewelry,
• bags,
• sunglasses,
• electronic devices.

Guests bring personal belongings at their own risk.

PHOTO, VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT

Many of our guests enjoy capturing and sharing their Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures experience through photos, videos, reviews, and social media posts. We love seeing our guests share their adventures online and appreciate the opportunity to celebrate those memories with future guests.

By tagging Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures, posting reviews containing photos or videos, submitting content to us directly, or sharing content related to our business online, you grant Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures permission to repost, share, publish, display, reproduce, and use such content for marketing, advertising, promotional, website, and social media purposes without compensation or additional approval.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will make efforts to credit the original creator.

If you would prefer that we not use or repost your content, please contact us directly and we will promptly honor your request.

Additionally, photos and videos may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Participation in tours constitutes acknowledgment that incidental photography or video recording may occur.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures website and social media platforms, including logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and branding materials, are the property of Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures, its owners, employees, captains, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in tours, use of the website, or related activities.

Guests participate at their own risk.

INDEMNIFICATION

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• violation of these Terms & Conditions,
• guest negligence,
• guest misconduct,
• or misuse of services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Swamp Fever Airboat Adventures reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
